Innovation was at the center of Sonova's Investor & Analyst Day today, where our CEO Arnd Kaldowski and senior leaders shared insights into the latest product launches, as well as into Sonova's business development and strategy. Over the past decades, Sonova has played a crucial role in technological breakthroughs in the hearing industry, including: the first directional microphone technology, universal Bluetooth connectivity and rechargeable instruments. In one of the two recently launched platforms, Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio, Sonova’s technological innovation skills made a significant step for people with hearing loss possible: using real-time AI sound processing on the hearing device to significantly increase speech intelligibility in noise. "Sphere Infinio represents the most significant advancement in over ten years for addressing the biggest challenge faced by individuals with hearing loss: understanding speech in background noise.
