Based in California, Alvaro Gracia Conejero began his career as an Industrial Management Engineer. His expertise in continuous improvement led him to Sonova, where he joined the team in Alicante, Spain, in 2019. By the end of 2022, Alvaro moved to the US to join Advanced Bionics as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Alvaro excels in working with diverse teams, particularly during Kaizen sessions where he unites individuals from various backgrounds to collaborate effectively.
