Application process

  • 1. Online application

    Enter the required data in the applicant form and upload your complete documents (motivation letter, curriculum vitae, references and diplomas). 

    As soon as your application is successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email.

     

  • 2. Preselection

    In the preselection, your application is compared with the job requirements and reviewed by the supervisor. If your application is convincing, you will be invited to the first interview.

  • 3. First interview with Human Resources & line manager

    The initial discussion usually takes place with the supervisor and the HR Manager. The focus is on your professional experience and your qualifications. In addition, we can provide you with more information about the position and our company.

  • 4. Second interview with case study / suitability test

    In a second interview, we will be more detailed in depth. As a rule, a case study or an aptitude test is carried out and you are conducting discussions with other persons (next superior, team members).

  • 5. Decision

    After the second meeting the mutual agreement or cancellation follows. If both parties have agreed, we will create your employment contract and welcome you to the Sonova family.

  • 6. Introduction

    You will receive all information about your entry and your training program in good time. We look forward to welcoming you at Sonova!
