“I can hear the nuances of sound from fortissimo to pianissimo. I recognize notes without problems. In short, the AB cochlear implant has enabled me to do everything that I previously thought was impossible.”
--Marina P., professional pianist who hears with a cochlear implant

"My name is Kayleb, I was born with bilateral hearing impairment. I got my first hearing aids at 3 months old, they worked great until my hearing slowly declined and they no longer worked, I got my cochlear implants at 4yrs old! It’s been just over a year since I got my new ears and I love them!
My mom and dad chose Advanced Bionics after carefully reviewing all the options, but in the end AB offered so many wonderful technological advances, they had an amazing water option, and they felt like they would provide me with the best access to the sounds I love hearing.
My cochlear implants have made everyday being a kid so wonderful! I can hear my family, my friends, my dogs! Being able to engage in activities like playing sports, swimming and so many other things all while hearing everything around me makes it so much easier for me to enjoy!"
